One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Do not waste your time with this amateur company.

I would not suggest living at any of their communities unless you want your security deposit to be held for over 2 months after you move out and not have anyone in any particular hurry to contact you even after submitting 4 contact requests regarding this particular legal matter.

A bunch of price gouging jerks. Our apartment is falling apartment and management wont do anything about it. They raised our rent by 30% but refuse to fix anything. Forest Ridge - Knoxville TN

Update: HVAC came over and figured out that the wires were connected incorrectly during installation. The heater was wired to run without turning off or stopping (even in OFF mode) AND it was wired to run the emergency heat feature. I sent my electric bills, daily usage charts from epb, documentation from the hvac company, and additional documents to support my case that I shouldnt be responsible for the entirety of the electric bills. Sent that email 1/11 at 10:40 AM est. **they have not responded Update: Came home today around 7 PM and my thermostat was at 94 degrees (that is with the heat turned off from late last night). I also received my electric bill this evening and its $475 for a 1700 sq ft house! I work full-time so no one is home 40 hours of each week. I rented a house here because I was told that there would be on-site maintenance 3 days per week and a property manager on-site 5 days per week. This is not the case. My hvac system has had issues since November and was reported in November. My heat does not turn off, even after moving it to off. My house heats up to 85-90 degrees and will not turn off when moved to off. My electric bill was $361 last month. I marked this as urgent and only received a call today because I said I was leaving a google review. The homes are built horribly and the warranty department is unorganized (Melinda who works in warranty will say she scheduled something to be fixed, day of no one shows up, Melinda will say scheduling error, reschedule, no one shows up a 2nd time, I had to reach out myself again to get someone to come out after 2 no shows and zero accountability). Needless to say Im looking for somewhere else to live. I pay almost $2800 a month and believe I can find somewhere else to live that actually follows their lease agreement and properly maintains the property. I also had a major ant infestation a few weeks ago, because of my back door not being aligned correctly, bad caulk job, etc.
