I have been living here at my apartment complex for almost 4 years now and since I been here maintenance has been critical in my area and they tell you when you have an issue to report it but it took them months to resolve my issue and I had to go there and call them 3 or 4 times to get it resolved, not only that just last year in 2021 my rent went from $750 to $950 when my lease ended and they gave a list of option for the people that already reside there which was ok but I signed my lease September 2021 and her it's time for my lease to end again and guess what what I requested to be done is still not done and they want me to signed another lease to pay more money and I am very disappointed by this.

Elmington should be ashamed of how their properties are looking located in Memphis,TN at the Crescent Bluff 2. Dog droppings everywhere(no pets allowed, but dogs are all over property). Crime is out of control apartment/car break ins is insane. The gates have been wide open and broken for 3years now, easy for criminals to get in and out. Security is nowhere to be found Trash is everywhere on property. The trash compactor was set on fire 3mths ago still not fixed. Garage is still inside over flowing on the ground. They now have a large dumpster located on the property overflowing with trash(bad eyesore) A rat was seen coming from the trash a week ago. The health department and fair housing will be notified. It's not safe and rent was raised. No way the tenants should live this way and pay and nothing is fixed or protected. Elmington other properties have the same concerns with how they do business.
