Dury's

I wanted to get more out of my camera and saw their advertisement as professionals so I went in to learn more about my Nikon. They were helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They also made a product recommendation for me while explaining the difference between the newer camera and what I already have. I look forward to going back!

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE HERE We were shopping for a new camera and wanted to give our money to a local shop. We chose Dury's as we have spent thousands of dollars here and have had decent experiences here in the past. The salesmen sold us the camera we were looking at, for the fair market price. However, he mislead us into believing they had the camera in stock. After we had purchased the camera, we were informed the camera had to be ordered. Dishonest sales tactic, but we were told the camera would arrive within a week, so not a huge deal. It's been 3 weeks and no camera has arrived. Every time we've called to check on the status of our order we've been met with annoyed responses. Apparently spending thousands or dollars at Dury's does not warrant 5 minutes of customer service. After weeks of being told "it will be in within a week" we finally got the straight answer "we don't actually know when it will arrive." We were then fed a story of Sony being back ordered and there being a shortage of A7iiis (even though there are plenty of them in stock across Nashville at other stores) Dury's apparently doesn't have the man power to handle very basic sales and apparently doesn't care about their customers. This is such a basic and small sale. Dury's has been such a headache to work with. We were repeatedly misled by dishonest sales tactics. It's 2020. STOP MISLEADING YOUR CUSTOMERS- DON'T SELL INVENTORY YOU DON'T HAVE AND CAN'T GET WITHIN A MONTH Disgusted. Two loyal customers lost forever.
