Good food, not so great of service. The lady taking our order looied and acted like she would rather be anywhere else than there. She knew nothing that we asked her about the menu and did not even try to find out. Got the pick two with potato soup and turkey, bacon bravo. Soup was super good and chunky with tons of potatoes. Sandwich was super fresh. If they can improve in their service in would be a slam dunk.

The food is good. Try the southwest chicken tortilla soup or the summer corn chowder. Freaking delicious. My favorite sandwich is the chicken avocado melt or the steak and white cheddar sandwich. Try it. They aim to please, Just don't go too crazy.

We placed a to-go order for 14 people for pickup. Granted, large order. However, we placed it at 11am and were given a pickup time of 12:30. We received a call 10 min before our scheduled pickup time saying that it would be two hours before they would even start our order and asking if we just wanted to cancel. To be called 10 min before pickup is unacceptable. Especially, when you have had an hour and a half. We could have made other arrangements in an hour and a half. Would not trust this place with a large order.

I placed a mobile order on 09/13/2020 for curbside pick up of a dozen and a half bagels, 1 fruit cup, 1 Greek yogurt cup, and 6 tubs of cream cheese. We were picking up brunch for our group and we set the time for pick up at 10:15am. When we arrived, we parked on the side of the building, clicked "I'm here" and then called Panera to let them know where we were. The polite employee answered that our food should be out shortly. 10:20 rolls around, then 10:30, still nothing. My wife and I have a very upset 10 month old at this point so I went in to get our food. Keep in mind, my email and cell phone number are on the order, but I've gotten no email. After standing near the Rapid Pick-Up one of the employees asked if I was there for a Curbside Order. When I said I was and gave her my name she said, "Oh I think we were just talking about yours!" We walked over to where the bagels were and she had several laid out in front of the racks. She then said that they had run out of bagels for the day and wouldn't be able to fill what we had requested. They only had 4 Asiago Parmesan and 2 of the Whole Wheat flat bagels. We needed 5 more bagels to fill the order and she asked what I wanted to do. I asked for 3 Asiago and the 2 wheat bagels. Meanwhile my fruit cup and yogurt are sitting on the counter, not refrigerated. I had also asked to have them all sliced, so now that we figured out how many bagels I wanted, then we had to slice them all. Finally, at 10:40am I was able to leave with my food that I had ordered over an hour earlier. The reason for the three stars is simply that the staff were relatively helpful and the food was good. Here's the reason why you lost two stars: first you had my contact information, if something went wrong with my order, call me. I'm more apt to be forgiving if you just let me know ahead of time instead of standing around or working on other orders. Second, if you have a problem with an order and someone ordered something cold that is ready, please put it in the refrigerator until it's ready to be packed up. That's just common sense. Third, if I need 5 more bagels and you only have two options, not to sound too crass, but I don't care. If you're not going to call, just fill my order with what you can and then let me know when you bring it out to me what happened. Again, much more willing to forgive. Finally, If someone asks for something sliced and something like this happens, please go ahead and slice what is ready so the person isn't stuck awkwardly standing around waiting on bagels to be sliced one at a time.
