Brother's Fence LLC was incredible. They came and fixed our fence and discounted us based on the work they needed to do. Carlos was incredible, so kind and so attentive to all of our needs. The fence actually sits BETTER than before we broke it! I will be calling them if we break our fence because of the QUALITY of work Carlos did! Incredible company and workers. We were blessed by them!! Thank you Carlos and Brother's Fence LLC!

Texted 30 minutes before our meeting time to reschedule 2 hours later. Then still missed the meeting altogether. Highly recommend you go any where else.

Brothers Fence Co. in Nashville.....They have the WORSE customer service I have EVER seen in my life. I had David come out a week ago to give me a approx. $4000 est. after storms demolished my fences. He was to send est. that afternoon. I have left 14 msgs. to the company and 12 emails and texts with one response to call Carlos. Well here we go again. More msgs. and text after assuring would get it to me and 3 days later still nothing and not answering calls or responding. Who is sooo busy they can not even respond to a customer a week later and blatantly lie to your customers. $4000 in today’s mess is not cheap for the small amount of work needed but I was ready to pay it to get my yard back together. I advise ANYONE to stay away from this company as your needs will never be met and I assure you, your calls or questions will NOT be answered. Update! 5 minutes after posting this, they FINALLY had the same female office worker who could not call me ALL this time give me a call and send the quote while we were on the phone. How hard was that? She even wanted to know if I wanted them to do the work, HUM! Don’t call me, I’ll call you. MAYBE or maybe not??????
