        Everything I expected and more!! Vita was very helpful and stayed in contact with me through the whole process. Delivery was smooth and they assembled it for me very quickly. Would definitely buy from here again!

        Bought a brand new $2,500 couch was delivered 15 minute ago, missing two pieces plus each piece had either stain, tears or dents. It was also meeting feet and the sales associate Justin asked me to send an email. When I asked to speak with management he said that he will leave a note and they will hopefully call me back. I pointed out that I had left messages going 2 weeks without response and Justins reply was well honey I can give it back to you as good as you give it. Be wary of customer service and I will update this review if any responses come from management and this is resolved.

      I'm very sorry for the issues with your delivery. We received our shipment from the manufacturer yesterday morning and sent it out you yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately we weren't aware of the issues until it was opened at your home. We have submitted everything to the manufacturer including the missing piece and feet and will get these issues resolved as quickly as possible! I'm very sorry again for the inconvenience.
