Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Drive thru will never reopen, as the bank is moving towards not having a bank building anyway! They want everything to be online without actually have an actual bank !

Deposited my check and was told I could swipe card immediately and funds would be available for withdrawal at midnight...that was a lie. Lady in the bank tried to be smart...Go in to check my account and says funds wont be available until Wednesday...not understanding why they would put a hold on it when I usually cash that exact check (from my employer) at bank of America and the check itself is actually drawn on bank of America so it wasnt hard to verify the funds...I feel like the lady put the hold on it just to be smart/rude!! #GallatinPikeLocation

Maurice is a gem! He was so kind and helpful while I opened my account and made sure I understood all the terms and how to work the app. Also, let the record state I ran in in a panic at about 3:50 and they closed at 4pm. He took his time and stayed with me until almost 4:30 which was so appreciated. Great experience.

They refused to help me cash a check from my employer. Went to another bank of america and was told they know how bad this place is and not to go in there anymore.

Sadly, my experiences here have been beyond disappointing. I have 4 accounts with BOA, with the first one dating back over 15 years. At this branch, my relationship with my supposed personal officer has not been helpful. I have received unacceptably slow response times after significant follow-up, and when a response is provided more often than not, it does not solve the issue. In addition, the inability to override automated BOA systems has been highly counter-productive and ultimately damaging to my business. While I wish I could provide positive feedback, I have had a surprisingly negative experience with this location, which now forces me to take aspects of my business to a different bank.
