I have a 2013 dodge challenger, and let me just say if you have ANY type of vehicle, bring it to Terrys, i had a diagnostic test done on my vehicle, and it was by far the most THOROUGH inspection ive ever had, better than the dealership in my opinion, the staff were incredibly helpful, they communicated and even tried to provide a rental car because my car was not ready. THIS IS THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT MISS OUT!

Am so pleased to report an amazing experience with Terry's Service Center. I stopped by to get an appointment because a light stated an emission problem needed attention. Ronnie Harding was very helpful & explained possible causes. He contacted me on 4/22/24 to let me know there was extensive damage because of chipmunks. I knew he would do an excellent job in coordinating necessary repairs while keeping me informed. Thanks to him I did not need to rent a vehicle because I was able to plan my schedule. I was picked up at home on 3/8/24 by another employee as work on my car was completed. Ronnie Harding assured me he was able to save money on parts. I appreciate his honesty & willingness to treat customers with respect. Again, another fantastic experience with Terry's Service Center! Do not miss an opportunity to chose them for your vehicle care & maintenance. Barbara Lynn On Nov 7th my Acura was towed to Terry's Service Center. It failed to start. Ronnie Hardin was my Service Advisor. He gave me an estimate for repairs & a date it would be ready for pickup. He told me I was given a reduced rate @ Enterprise Car Rental. They picked it up @ Terrys. I am so pleased with their expertise, honesty, & skill in dealing with their customers. Ronnie handled everything perfectly was responsible for streamlin the process. Terry's service Center are the best and taking care of any problems you may have with your car. They not only very professional but there are also very kind and considered to your needs regarding with the problems of your car . They are a very honest team. I would recommend then %. They did very good work on my '07 Murano. Brakes, Shocks, Tune -up, Oil change etc. Highly recommend them. They are a pleasure to deal with! Most recent visit had the battery and alternator replaced. TN highways are in deplorable condition. You need a good service center like Terry's to keep you rolling. Service: General repairs & maintenance
