The experience here wouldn't be the same without nae. She's kind and hospitable, she's helpful and selfless. She brings a certain vibrant feeling to the front desk. what would it be like without you coming in and out of the apartment and not seeing her?

My favorite thing about living in this building is the concierge Nae, she is always super helpful, energetic, and brightens up my day every time I see her smile.

Walls are paper thin. If your neighbor has a dog that barks at late hours then it is unlivable. Regret moving here. Also worth noting that one of the guys from concierge (Jeff Rowe) harassed me at my door step and called me offensive names in response to my complaining about the barking.

The maintenance staff is great! Eric has completed several of my maintenance requests. He is so polite and always eager to help!

The Cumberland maintainence services are phenomenal. There is a systematic way to address problems of all kinds, especially emergent ones. I mostly give credit to Eric, who is one of the best maintainence experts I have met. I had a number of things give me some trouble on different occasions during my time here. He was super professional, efficient and always been ready to fix anything. Moreover, he kept me informed about the progress of finding solutions to the problem and has never evaded longer projects. As an example, he single-handedly took out, reinstalled and re-sealed the toilet within an hour, leaving virtually no mess left behind! All his fixes have lasted and he regularly checks up on the previous issues on the subsequent visit. Overall, I am happy with the response rate and approachability of the team.
