Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Setting up a pick up or a to go order with this location is a complete waste of time. I Waited over a hour and 15 minutes for my order and still never received it. I checked in 3 times on the link and called twice. I had a car that pulled up 20 minutes after I did, and after they waited for over 30 mins they gave up and left. If you don't have the staffing for pickup or to go orders change it to dine in only until you do.

I wish I had read reviews before choosing this Cracker Barrel. I went 2 days in a row. The 1st day I bought items out of the store and the cashier (older lady) was so mean and rude. I went back the next day and ordered breakfast which was terrible. Pancakes tasted terrible (which I have never experienced before). The bacon was hard as a rock and the same rude lady was there. Mean again! This Cracker Barrel needs to be revamped. Will not be coming back.

Besides the hour long wait to get in, the food was disappointing this time. Sorry to say it'll be a while before I return.

We had a great breakfast hot, tasty and fresh, a lot of food for the money, our service was awesome, attentive, friendly and we received our food quickly the gentleman that waited on us had been there for a number of years and did a great job, thank you!
