        He was professional & courteous owner (also office mgr was courteous ) that took time to explain water perking. Also, save us a lot of money with valuable information to always check with planning commission if you are choosing to perk for business due to it may or maynot be allowed in your zoning area. Thanks for the blessings!

        Put a well on my plat where there wasn’t a well and it impeded on the good soils area and he was extremely difficult to deal with about the situation. Wouldn’t return emails and was rude on the phone when the situation warranted a professional phone call to handle the matter of having the well removed from the plat which I had already paid for. Told me he would remove the well if he felt like it. UNREAL!
