Loved Dr. Hancock I wish he had not retired in June.

My wifes prescription has been ready at Walgreens pending doctor approval for 4 days...4 days of this facility not answering phone calls, emails, or responding to voicemails. For an office that deals with life threatening conditions like type 1 diabetes, to go silent when a patient needs insulin to live is despicable.

All ready to make appointment, was told their not accepting no more appointment. I highly recommend not to waste your time. The operator was totaled a..hole. (Apr.6,2022) and don't answer dam phone!

When their phone system is down it's a pain because there's not even a way to contact them . The care is impeccable though.

The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that the desk person was nice. Extremely invalidating staff. The NP just alluded all of my health problems over the past seven years due to the fact that I am now technically overweight, which has only happened in the past year, which is why I'm here in the first place. Even though I have documented a timeline of all of my symptoms and have family history of both thyroid problems AND diabetes. She didn't listen to me, patronized me in the most humiliating ways, and basically blamed my symptoms on my "hormones" but in a 1950's misogynist doctor way. There was no effort or sympathy to help me find solutions even though I blatantly asked multiple times. Pretty much relapsed me on my eating disorder the way she audibly cringed at what I ate the few days before my appointment (of my obsessive counting of calories/food choices, because of the way my body is reacting to god knows what, trying to keep the unexplained weight gain, ONE OF MY SYMPTOMS, under control). If you are at the end of your road and need answers, don't come here.
