Bath & Body Works

Was disappointed with customer service at this location. There were 5 employees working and only one was actually helping guests which was the cashier. The other 4 stood in the center of the store together and were just chatting amongst themselves. One turn her head and asked if I was ok but thats was all the engagement I received. I was in the store for approx 20min. When it was time to check out the cashier had a line and yet the all the other employees still in a group together now at the front of the store chatting still amongst themselves. Just disappointed. Will not shop at this location again.

My first time coming to bath and body works and manager was so nice she explained what was on sale and explained how the rewards app works will be coming back soon to try other products!

Great deals almost all of their fragrances and body lotions smell amazing. 100% recommend this store

Had a very bad experience with someone names Corbin today during candle day! He was the ugliest attitude Ive met. It doesnt hurt to smile during the holidays!!
