Was having issues with toilets and shower not draining properly and making gurgling sounds. They came out the same day I called to assess our septic setup and determine if quick fix or more work was needed. Determined the pump had most likely gone bad, so came out the next day to replace the pump, clean out both tanks and put in an access tunnel for the solid waste tank since it never had one (had to dig 4 ft deep to get to it)! Very nice and professional and showed me everything they did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone having septic issues! Service: Outdoor system repair

Honesty is more valuable than professional technical skills to this consumer when it comes to selecting businesses to do work with. But when you find both characteristics in the same entity it’s a homerun. And that’s what I found with Music City Septic Service. The work performed was described ahead of time and performed to a T as it was explained it would be. And the owner took the time to show me how he could save me money and do a better job which in the long run is winning combination. Septic headaches or something no one needs but many homeowners have to deal with and music city septic service made the process of my system repair timely and economical.
