My realtor, recommended me use Preferred Rate and speak with Mitchell Mallahan. Mitchell went over my finances and made some recommendations for me to obtain a somewhat mortgage rate, since rates have been hiked. But I felt comfortable working with Mitchell and his staff. They were quick and easy to work with. I would definitely, recommend their business for mortgage needs. I will be reaching out in the future once the rates go lower for a refinance.

Mitch and his team were fantastic! As a first time homebuyer I was nervous, but I was constantly updated throughout the process and he answered my questions (even the dumb ones) without any judgement and in a timely manner. He also was transparent about the many programs and opportunities there were when it came to my loan and discussed what would be best for me in my given situation. I truly am thankful for how great they were to ensure a smooth process when buying my first home.
