When I began my journey with Joy Stone, I did not know how to heal my old habits and beliefs. Sadly I felt hopeless and alone. I am now at peace with who I am, and learning to see and enjoy others for who they are, not who I thought they should be. Being able to navigate the problems as well as the pleasures in life is a gift. We must want it and be willing to do the work to find it. I has changed my outlook and given me happiness.

Before I worked with Joy, I was continually drained, irritable, and generally dissatisfied. After going through several of her programs, I have taken more responsibility for my choices and actions. I hold myself accountable in more areas of my life, and I have grown more comfortable taking risks so that I can experience more joy in my life.

I began working with Joy Stone when I was experiencing a long "slump" with little motivation to make changes I wanted to make. I was hoping for help setting goals and perhaps finding a new career. What I received was so much better - a real change in mindset and a greater awareness of my self and what I really wanted. A great experience that continues to shape my life for the better.
