        Called to get estimate for a simple gutter fix. Came out next day (4/22/2020), did estimate, and said would be in touch. Waited a month before emailing and calling. No return phone calls or messages. Started to think they were just ignoring my calls, so I got someone else to call so it would be from a different phone number. Sure enough they answered. Asked when they were planning on providing services. Was told "oh we have tried to reach you multiple times but no one was ever home." Instructed this was not correct, I work from home and I have cameras to prove that no one has been by. They then stated, well they hadn't been by, but they had tried to call multiple times. Instructed that this lie also does not work anymore as cell phones keep a perfect call log. Then was told that Jonesborough was a little too far out of there area, so if they ever happened to be in the area, they would stop by. Then was told that they would be in the area the next week. Waited another month. Called again. Was told they just hadn't been in the area. I give up. The fact that this "company" has no way to leave a voicemail, does not show up for work, and have the nerve to blame ME for them not showing up for work is disgusting and unprofessional to me.
