        I have lived at Chloe lane apts for 3 and a half yrs and I have learned it's all in who you know. I had an unforced entry in February and I have yet to hear from the landlord or corporate after reporting it. If you move here PLEASE be alert of your surroundings and stay away from the neighbors. Everyone here isn't all bad but keep your distance. ATTN: When inspection comes every month BE HOME. This might be when your apt is scoped out!!! I am currently in the process of moving and everything that I have gotten out of my spare bedroom is molded and I am having a hard time breathing since the mold has been stirred up. Before recommending Chloe lane apts they need to clean up their staff and do better backgrounds on ppl they are moving in. Good luck to anyone who applies!!! My time is now for me to be safe and be happy with where I live. Good luck!!!!!

        Good luck getting anyone on the phone. People that live there can hardly pay their rent on time due to no one ever being present in the office even during the limited hours listed. Everyone is short staffed but this is excessive.
