        Had them to stand my front porch now it is falling off around the front and sides of the porch.can not get them to fix it.will not even come out to look at it

        I had Guzman reroof my house. I was given a 20 year warranty. After 9 years the roof is leaking. Has been for quite some time but was in the attic and didnt know. Called with my warranty. Was told we only warranty our work for 2 years. You need to contact the shingle Company. They cant tell me what company they bought the shingles from. Hmmmm. Guess Im stuck fixing what wasnt done correctly in the first place. Not all warm and fuzzy when you call them. They just keep back stepping. Only 2 years. Does the 20 year warranty means nothing?
