I called them last year or so to come clean my gutters.i work from home so I'm here 24/7. I ran to the store, gone about 15 or 20 minutes, came back, bill on my mailbox stating they had been here and done the job. One problem, not a drop of water anywhere in sight. Called them today to ask about repairing a gutter. Says my name is on file for not paying my bill. That really upset me. I'm not a person who doesn't pay her bills. I am however a person who is smart enough to know when I'm being conned. So that's fine I have another company happy to help repair my gutter. I do not appreciate such slanderous remarks when obviously your crew didn't perform the work your trying to charge me for.
UPDATE: 6/12/23 So now it's cool for businesses to get on here and call prospective customers liars. Ok ...I'm sure that will make you look really professional. Your entire rebuttal makes zero sense. If that's your gutter cleaning process I think you just sank it. My name is posted in the chat you have no effect by trying to belittle me either. Your true colors are showing, pull your dress down.

As a former employee and personally having gutters and more gutters on my house I can say that everything Johnny's crews do is more then quality with a great warranty
