We had a mobile order. We waited for a whole hour for our food. That is ridiculous. I wanted a refund. My husband is nicer than me though. Our food was cold and they were rude when we called and asked where is was. I have a baby in the car. She is now awake and angry because we still have an hour drive. This Sonic is TERRIBLE!!!

We got 2 sausage burritos from there on Sunday on our way to an event. It was like eating a salt block. It was so salty. We took one bite and spit it out.

The young lady working was super sweet. However we were told their ice cream machine was down and when 6 of us wanted milkshakes that wasn't good.

This is the slowest sonic Ive ever been too. Waited over 25 min after I ordered for food to be delivered and they still forgot my mozzarella sticks. So that took another 15 min.

Food was fine but service was not. Brought out half our order and luckily we caught the server to say things were missing cause it was like drop and run. Took way too long!
