I dropped my 2022 Honda Odyssey off at Trimmer on 12/10, after an accident (front end and both side panels damaged) and I have gone to pick it up on four different occasions and each time they call to tell me it is ready, something is still not perfect. Twice I have had issues with mistakes/bubbles/chips/cracking I. The paint and twice I have had issues with a part that wasnt repaired. Car was supposed to be aligned and could hardly stay on the road, even with lane assist, AFTER they confirmed alignment was completed. I went today to pick up (4th time) and pointed out missing paint, a sticker on the interior grill still in place, wheel well covers not fully attached and the owner, Paul asked what I expected I told him perfection since it was 2022 and they replaced all said parts. He said he couldnt do that. If you are in the body parts business and cant deliver perfection, you may be in the wrong line of work. The owner should confirm work is done, perfectly, with a fine tooth comb, before having the owners come to pick up. Everyone is extremely nice and trying to make it right, but that should have happened by now. Service: Body & Trim
