A Beautiful You Bodywrap Spa

I first came across A Beautiful You when I was looking for body wraps to help me slim down before a beach vacation. While I wasn't sure about he location when I pulled up, I could not have been happier with my experience. So much so that I went back after the vacation to help be lose the water weight I gained from all the drinks and sodium rich foods. And then another 8 times before my wedding. Ms Mona & Shelby are gems among women. They are personable and professional. I have gone into A Beautiful You on really terrible personal days and came out feeling rejuvenated thanks to the energy that this team puts out . I've gone back since focusing on the body wraps (which is still a part of my vacation before and after routine) and have had several different types of massages that they offer. I travel a lot and have enjoyed massages in many resorts across the world. It's not a flex, but so you can take what I say next to the bank. This is easily in the top 3 for best massage techniques I've experienced. Right here in Memphis and with prices a hella lot more reasonable then others I'm comparing it to. I highly recommend this spa for your wellness needs. You may not get the spa atmosphere but you get the results without having to pay for atmosphere price. Go treat yourself and come back to like my review later.

The highlight of my week now is getting a body wrap and laying in the sauna pod. I've experienced long haulers for almost 1 year and on my first treatment my chest felt as if it opened up and I could breathe better. I've had a lot of pain in my body from inflammation. I had no back pain in my shoulders for almost a week after my first session. On my 2nd treatment I burned 778 calories which was 40 calories more than my first treatment the week prior. I have not been able to exercise in the last year and these treatments help tremendously because I am burning calories just laying there. The customer service is exceptional. Mona, the owner, is very kind, thorough and thoughtful. She is so considerate and ensures all of her clients are comfortable. Ms. Shelby is kind and helpful as well. The facility is very clean. As a matter of safety and precaution, Mona ensures there are not a lot of people in the shop at one time. Overall, the investment is worth your health.

Mona and Mrs.Shelby are the best if you do as they advise you as far as the body wraps you will see a difference and please take advantage of the body wrap package
