MCP Intermodal

Two weeks ago they missed a load, their excuse was driver just went home after grabbing the wrong chassis, missed load #1, same load next week cargo wouldn't fit paid a dry run fees etc. my fault load#2, load # 3 today same thing as #1. What ever you do, do not trust these guys, they don't answer the phone, they ignore when you do finally get ahold of someone, they committed to a delivery twice and no show. TEZ, TRAVONE and the rest are not quality dispatchers nor are they a fit to be in business. They just cost me $1000's in lost revenue and never a care in the world to them. If I couldn't give a star I wouldn't.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - $7000 loss, yes seven thousand of loss thanks to the poor service of MCP Intermodal. They have zero management skills, don't answer the phones, don't follow up, don't tell the truth.
