I strongly advise those in the Memphis market to stay far away from this place. Not only are They are completely unprofessional but also unethical and just does overall bad business. Folks do not care about your clients, her only concern is your money. It’s ran like your typical black own business, very messy work environment, completely unorganized, lacks transparency and just negligent. Not only is Lisa White extremely childish for her age but also RUDE asf. This lady clearly had to used her throat skills in order to secure a business license cause ain’t no way the Better Business Bureau is allowing her to operate in this manner. The staff is extremely disrespectful, except Ms Tina, they don’t update you on anything dealing with your clients status or closing dates. Lisa has a very nasty Attitude and talks to staff, mostly Ms Tina as if they her children. I also notice she enjoys mixing business and personal, this made my overall experience with her extremely uncomfortable. Far as the business and how she screws people, she charges unneeded fees and also doesn’t want you there for closing, regardless if anything goes left between clients. Does not provide clear understanding or Closing statements. The whole experience with Lisa and Ready Signings was horrible and I strongly advise any body with a brain, DO NOT LET THIS LADY FACILITATE YOUR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS. They will rob you and not even answer the phone afterwards. Also do not take them more than one deal, she is completely understaffed and not suited to handle the work load. Last if you have to pick up any money or check owed after transaction has already cleared with your buyer and after she has her cut. You still won’t get your check until 3 to 5 business days later simply because she process checks whenever she feels like it, *that’s what she said.* Once again DO NOT do business with this lady. She does not deserve to have her license. Hopefully someone sue this h** & force her to file bankruptcy. In conclusion, My overall experience here was horrible. If your smart and read this review, i Repeat, Dont bother wasting your time!
