Won't asser the ph. Went by there Sunday for oil change. Very RUDE. Fry. An sat. This is why there ar closing

My wife and I have been coming here for several years but are considering switching our auto service provider. The people are friendly, but the timeliness of service is TERRIBLE. We get there typically within 10 minutes of the doors opening in the morning and have to wait between 6 and 9 hours for routine maintenance (tires rotated, oil changed, alignment checked). Sears needs to majorly up their staff at this location as right now it wastes peoples entire day. Do NOT go here unless you have an entire work day to burn.

I dropped my car off this morning, Adrian Martin (sales manager) said 1.5 hours...6.5 hours later, after 5 calls (last one sales manager picked up), 2 voice mails asking for the status of my car (neither were returned), my car was ready. When we came in and asked to speak to his boss, of course he was gone and the number he gave us to call was incorrect (hopefully this was a mistake). Needless to say we won't be coming back.

Unprofessional and extremely unhelpful! I tried to make an appointment for 4:30, 2.5 hours before they closed and they refused to do so no matter what day I requested. I tried to explain that I don't get off work until 4:00 but they refused to help me. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

The woman at the counter was rude. Argued with me about How long I had been there etc. I will be calling corporate.
