AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS. THEY WILL GIVE YOU AN OFFER, HAVE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH AN AGREED AMOUNT, INSPECT THE HOUSE, AND THEN CHANGE THE AMOUNT. JAKE PAYLOR IS A LIAR AND HE DO NOT HONOR HIS WORD. THIS COMPANY HAD A GREAT DEAL BUT TRIED TO UNDER PAY.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO COMPANY AND FALL FOR FAKE REVIEWS LIKE I DID. UPDATE: AS YOU CAN SEE THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL. INSTEAD THIS COMPANY MADE A CLAPBACK COMMENT AND LIE ABOUT HOW GREAT THEY ARE WITH SELLING PROPERTY.
