2022 updated review: The request below from 2021 was pure chaos they sent an incompetent man who pulled all the drywall down out of the bathroom had to get a new tech to come they finally fixed the drywall which took a year, but did not hook up the exhaust in the bathroom now mold has resurfaced again. No tech has called or showed up.
I have a request in for the drywall, no heat, and exhaust and now woke up with no hot water.
We are on week two with the no heat it snowed this past weekend and this is the response from Great Jones:
The maintenance request for the "Heat not working" issue is still on pending status. We are continuously reaching out to the vendor to check if they will be submitting an estimate. Sorry for the inconvenience. As soon as we get an update, we will let you know.

I requested a second opinion due to no response from vendor they still keep contacting him. They get their rent every month on time but are not servicing customers in a timely manner.
Below are pictures of how my home has looked since they took over.
Opened a service request October 11th that still has not be completed or took a week to repair a constant leak now there is mold that has not been repaired. They never answer the maintenance lines for updates on service request. You email them they give you the run around. They took over my property and this was my first request. This company is terrible.

Glad I am only out 50.00 and everyone is right on the reviews. Try and contact them and nothing. If I wanted to rent a home in FL or anywhere else I would move there. Just a crying shame.

Well Gesh & this is why you shud read reviews BEFORE SPENDING MONEY with ppl . Smdh I guess they got me as well I sent in all the information required & haven't heard anything.i called & found it Bazar no one has answered on a Tuesday & Wednesday so I began reading these reviews. Ppl are really doing the most for $50..it's disgusting out here ....I'ma still get my blessing tho & keep it moving ...y'all got down & Great Jones y'all down bad for this smdh - SCAMMERS

Edit: I reported this company to the BBB and they still refused to give a refund. To anyone that has to deal with them please be aware!! They are a scam and still allowing people to apply for homes that are already rented out.
Spent money applying for a home only to be told that it had been leased 2 weeks prior. Had to pay 2 app fees one for me and one for my boyfriend. That was $100 wasted!!! No one has contacted me since telling me that the home was already leased. I have emailed and tried calling. Have had no responses. I feel as though we were scammed out of money we could have used to apply elsewhere. I want a full refund since this company is not holding up their end of the bargain.
