Prager Property Management

I haven't been able to get in touch with any at Prager. Website not working, phone numbers not working and email is not working. What is going on? My daughter received an email from Vinebrook Homes asking for her confidential information, why? Was our home sold without any notice???!!! This situation is extremely frustrating and exhausting. By the way, no one at Vinebrook know what is going on, keep saying use the portal, WHAT PORTAL?! Very uncomfortable giving out personal information and we will not until we get an understanding of this situation. Very unprofessional to say the least.

I just dislike when companies sell before your lease ends. It's a headache & it forces you to move- I really dislike being out my comfort zone; trying to save my money to buy my own house.

I have been without heat since 11/2021. Here it is 01/20/2022 still no heat. I have called and emailed every one I could find. No one has replied back. I have been using my oven along with a space heater to keep the house warm. Temp is 22. This so unfair.

They are the definitions of a slum lord. Each year they raise the rent but they do not improve anything with the properties themselves. I have had several issues with there property. With no assistance for fixing it. Within the rental agreement it states they are supposed to assist with anything more than $200 but that's a lie.
