My brother were up and walking when arrive at Graceland they didnt do anything for him gave him bed sores and poor treatment

This nursing home/rehabilitation center is the worse to send any of your loved ones to.. they barely take proper care of these people!! my granddad went there to regain strength in his legs to walk, but they didnt help him!! Sad to say they are so neglectful.. they were supposed to help feed him which they didnt do!! Due to Covid family wasnt allowed in the building.. We received multiple calls saying that he had fallen out of his bed, before he went into this nursing home he was eating he had a good appetite. But after weeks hes been there they claimed he wasnt eating? Or truth be told they wasnt feeding him ( he needed help eating) the nursing home called on September 24,2021 at 5am saying that he had stopped breathing and they was trying to bring him back to life!! But he had been lying there at that nursing home for hours without anyone even noticeing he was having strokes.. and not to mention they kept his jewelry we were so shocked we forgot about his jewelry.. THIS IS A TROUBLE PLACE!!

My aunt went there a few days ago and when I called about her condition, I was pleasantly surprised when I talked to Ms. King. She was very helpful and gave me information on the best time to call and how my aunt was doing. So far everything is fine and I look forward to seeing my aunt in about 2-3 weeks.

I would honestly give it zero stars but if one is the lowest then why not? They didnt hold their end on building my dad mobility due to COVID. Unfortunately when he made it home my dad didnt have no arm nor leg muscles. Sent him home with no walker or anything, but lied and said he walked 100 feet today! . It honestly looks like he havent walked since he was in the hospital, in August, until he made it home. They sent him home with other people clothes and someones glasses. Hes now wearing diapers that he wasnt before. Which he wasnt change properly because he also have sores on his private area, feet, and thigh. Its the audacity for me, but Graceland will get what they deserve! Promise you that!
