Mitsubishi Gossett on Covington Pike, Service Consultant George Washington was quite professional and respectful. He made sure my Outlander SUV got the necessary oil change and checked for other potential problems. I was very satisfied with the exceptional customer service at this location.

Great staff!! Derika Walker, whom i spoke on the phone before I arrived, was very friendly, helpful, and inviting. Persistent too. lol My salesperson, Mr. Gilbert was very nice and informative! I didn't feel pressure. I can't remember the other gentleman who came and spoke with me about the financial aspect. Older, white gentleman, he was very nice as well. Mr. Hosea, I think thats his name, was so very nice and explained everything so simply. I enjoyed his desk with the electronic paperwork and signature application. The other people, Bert, Terrence, and a young lady, helped explain the features of the car, made sure we had the car manual and keys, and worked to make sure I got the best deal. Lastly, I was contacted by a gentleman in the service department, who congratulated me on my vehicle purchase and spoke with me about my first service appointment. Overall, great experience and it didn't even take an extremely long time, as I have experienced in the past. Great job Mitsubishi team!!!
