Still waiting for someone to call me back regarding supplies.

I was afraid after reading the reviews that we were in trouble since our insurance changed and our previous company would not cover the cpap supplies my husband needed. However I have found this company goes above and beyond. I dealt with Lauren and she has been fabulous. She called our previous provider who had not sent the records after NUMEROUS conversations with them. She called me back and told me she had taken care of this and Baptist received the records. Each time I have contacted them they have been extremely nice and helpful.

From the rude nurse who didn't have time to help me, to the C-pap machine that they told me wasn't recalled(manufacturer replaced it) to billing issues years after the fact, I'm struggling to find something they've done right. Worst experience ever. I'd rather bleed out on the way to Methodist hospital than ever set foot in that building again

I have made 2 attempts to have a receipt EMAILED to me to no avail. The hospital must be the only thing that keeps them in business.

Absolutely worthless employees. Dont answer phones. Dont return calls. Be ready to die if youre dependent on medical equipment and use Baptist home medical
