Everyone there has been wonderful always helpful and friendly I would rather drive there then go to a doctor or pharmacy in the town where I live!! Zero complaints!

The physicians are always great but the front desk staff is always super unhelpful and rude. Specifically, the older lady of the two who worked this morning 4-13-21. She never looks at you just stairs at her monitor, is monotone throughout every conversation I've had to have with her, in person or on the phone. And if I ask any questions to obtain more information about what's taking place she always acts like I'm inconveniencing her. Maybe she doesnt deal with the general public outside of our fellow team members within FedEx but she does not represent our brand appropriately.
