After two failed attempts by Pilot, Mid-South picked up large parcel on time & professionally. Home office called to confirm pick up, driver called 3 times to confirm pick up time and arrived on time. Large 100lb parcel was loaded efficiently. Kudos to company & employees.

Huge order went through this company and got lost? Was told I'd get an explanation, never did. Very unprofessional. Don't see how a huge company like ABF would use this company to deliver their stuff. Sounds like this is one of the operations that has stuff "disappear" all the time.

Walmart somehow didn't have my whole address and a whole different telephone number..now it jas me waiting until the next following week

My order from Sam's Club somehow got the wrong address? When I finally tracked down the courier (Mid South), they were polite, prompt and a pleasure to work with. Leigh (delivery driver) went above & beyond to help us unload, set up, etc. Sandy in the office made sure to follow thru with my issue. This all took place in the Christmas rush, kudos to this company.

I just wanted to lodge a complaint that my order was delivered incorrectly today. I was going to submit it to your website, however your website doesn't even work. The delivery requirements clearly state 2-man required. My 156lb package was delivered by 1 person. He leaned it off the side of a rental truck and smashed the corner into the ground. It had a hole the size of my fist in it along with other dents and dings. His physical fitness was subpar and despite me helping him, he couldn't hardly pick up the package even though I was aiding him. This is dangerous and a failure in proper safety.
