On 7:30 pm, 11/22/2020, I called to request for a loan. Despite having the insight card, the lady insisted I came into the store to update my bank information. I tried to let her know that the whole point of having an insight card is to avoid that inconvenience but she rudely hung up the phone on me. I made it to the store within 5 minutes and the lady greeted me with “WHAT”?. I guess she was nervous to see a customer she was rude to over the phone walk up to the store in person and expected a confrontation. I calmly told her that I did not appreciate her rudeness over the phone and apart from cutting me off severally, she went on this rant on how I can’t tell her how to do her job. Eventually, it turned out there was nothing required to update on my end as the system already had all my information. I strongly urge the HR service if any to review the video from the mentioned date/timeline and observe how she was incredibly rude to a paying customer. Even though I am getting a loan, I have always promptly paid off my loan and the resulting interest and I demand to be treated like a customer... treated with respect and attention. Easy money, you need to hire better people. A ghetto looking lady with visible tattoos on her neck/face, loud jewelry and section 8 personality should not have any business with customer facing roles. Having made this complaint, I will no longer be using the services of easy money if my complaint isn’t addressed appropriately.

While the service to receive funds is much appreciated, and as they keep promising that repayment payments are all simple and done twice a month or once. this is the second month in a row they are double charging me in 1 pay period!! that's is so false of what they tell you to begin with!!!

Employee T states at 7 oclock he wasn’t going to process anymore loans and they close at 8 pm extremely rude and unprofessional!! Please go anywhere other than here for your loans! Omg!
