Just had the worst experience with Trip the owner. I was calling to follow up on some landscape stones that we had paid for months ago. After getting no answer on the phone for a few days and voice mails werent working he finally picked up and then before I could get my question out he hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. Because I couldnt remember the name of who we had worked with he said, well theres only 3 names, so if it was so important to you you should know who it was and proceeded to say other insulting things. He was so horribly rude he actually called back to ostensibly apologize but actually was only sorry that he had answered his phone while he was on vacation

These are the most hateful, and rude people I have ever met. They were working next door to us, so my husband went over to speak to them about some work on our place. I would not use them now if they were the only service in town.
