My experience with Platinum Jewelers has been one of the best experiences EVER! Brandon is the best! Every time I go in there, it's like I'm visiting family! Brandon is very personal and God definitely blessed him with patience! Lol....these last few months, I have been so indecisive about how I wanted my ring made, which band I want, and the list could go on, not to add the many questions but Brandon has been there every step of the way to make sure I have the ring of my dreams! I'm grateful! He's definitely the man with the MASTER PLAN! I'm so glad that I found Platinum and Brandon, thanks to my aunt! Brandon is my new bestie! If you need personalized Jewelry or jewelry in general, this is the place! Thanks Platinum for an amazing experience!

Worst customer service ever. The customer service person said my jewelry were ugly. The man couldnt even walk right and was completely unprofessional and not courteous at all. Will NOT be going back here ever again.

Best prices on quality jewelry. Whatever you don't see in the store can be made or ordered for you. They have been my jeweler for almost 20 years now.
