Got hired in, they took FOREVER to send me any type of equipment to start training, when I did get my equipment it did not come with any type of instructions to put together the computers. Complained and complained and never got emails back, nor phone calls back. Absolutely unprofessional when giving them calls about needing help or when I’m even going to start. Do NOT recommend to anyone trying to work remote at this company. Not put together at all. Ridiculous company and literally no way to reach anyone.

I would not recommend working for this company at all. When my equipment was sent out, a power cable was missing & a VGA port had to be replaced. The training team was disorganized & had too many personal issues that conflicted with training. They require you to take assessments that you have to make a 90 or above to pass & advance on to week 2 of training. If you do not make at least a 90, you will be dismissed from training. I received an email saying that HR would move me to another client that the company has. HR never contacted me about moving & I even emailed someone in HR regarding the move & never got a response. Overall, the company has a lot of unknown stipulations & is very unprofessional.
