Accredo Health Group

Very worst service of any company known to mankind. Got a call from the hospital to call Accredo to say, "Yes, I approve sending my prescription to the hospital at this address....... Should have taken 15 seconds and have been on the phone for two hours talking to three people who had no clue about anything. Very incompetent! Really, the worst of all-time that I have seen in 63 years.

This speciality pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE! Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. I spend hours every month trying to have my medication shipped to me on time. Been with them 11 months - only once did the refill process work as expected. Today I have been on the phone with them for 2 hours and 15 minutes...and still on hold!

Express Scripts Specialty-pharmacy transition to Accredo is a nightmare. Im still waiting for my injectable medication after 15 days. Supposed to be 5-7 days. I have been on it for 3 months. Already pre approved with Hopkins specialty pharmacy. It took 5 days and same cost to arrange . Tricare & Express Scripts please reevaluate using this company/corporation.

Thanks for making it so difficult to get my prescription filled. Alliance/ Walgreens prime never had issues. Unacceptable service for a healthcare company.
