Smith Heating and Air

I paid a $75 fee to get a 2nd quote regarding my heat not working for my commercial building. Rick Smith came out & looked at the air but refused to show me the problem. He said it would be too much of a hassle to take the air conditioner top off although he had his tools with him. He quoted me a price of $3604.00 to fix the problem. I want to see the problem if Im going to pay that much to have something fixed. His attitude was very cold & nonchalant towards me. So basically the $75 was for him to come out & look at the air without showing me what the actual problem was. What a way to treat a client. I wouldnt recommend using this company at all. I have no problem paying for a service but SHOW ME WHAT IM PAYING FOR IF YOURE ASKING FOR $3,604.

My son got murdered February 7, 2021. John Smith. There no business anymore. If you called him and get no answer that why. I believe there a comment on here that you can't get in touch with him. Well that why. You should know if you couldn't get in touch there a reason. I just decided to get on here bc you knew he had account. People trying to get in touch with him. The police departments has his phone bc it under investigation. We're very Devastating. His wife passed away 2 years ago from medical reasons and they have 3 underage kids with out parents now. Bc this woman wanted to murder him bc he quit given her money and he started seeing someone. All bc of jealous and greed. My son tried to help anyone that need it.

I was looking all over to figure out what happened to John. I got to know him professionally as well as personally. He was dependable and kind. You are right , he was good to everyone He will be missed.

Quick. Honest. Timely. Good communication- as in this kind of work, appointments tend to run behind schedule. Services were very affordable; and workers were respectful of my home- noting that their shoes were dirty and didn't want to track mud thru the house. Note- John arrives strapped up- he doesn't hide it; but he is prepared for anything.
