        I am so tired of calling xfinity after every 30 minutes. I have been patient enough. How can an area have outages everyday? Can't you fix them for heavens sake. 6 months is too much to have all this everyday outages. Get your services working please.

        A technician was suppose to come out to my house today 10/21 1pm-3pm and no one came. They sent me a curtesy text saying the tech was on the way. Then a second text saying the tech has arrived. But no tech came to my home. And not only that while I was driving I seen a technician parked a couple streets over from my home. There is always someone at my home 24 hours or the day. I was headed to my kids school when I seen the tech. Made it to the school and get a call saying sorry they missed me! But the whole time my mother and children have been sitting and waiting in the tech to come.
