Pyramid Stone Kitchen & Bath Gallery

They have a nice show room, and are great when its time to make the sale. But that's where it stops. I have been waiting for a refund from this place for over a month now. And the owner is the main problem, if you're spending money then he will give you the run around and waist your time. I do not recommend this place. Good customer service is about everything from hello until after the sale and service is complete.

They over charged me by $500 and would not refund the money. I told them I did not want backsplash in the kitchen that they charged me for. Error was discover when they come out to measure and they told me they will refund the money but never did. Chuck (the owner I believe)said that they cut the backsplash which was likely the backsplash in the bathroom. They also never sent me the warranty paperwork for the counters. Which truly does not matter since this is not the kind of company that will honor the warranty.

Poor customer service, after paying for stone 1 year prior to installation (due to extensive renovation), we have experienced terrible customer service from the owner, Chuck. The installation process has been horrible! They have made a couple of mistakes with fabrication and there seems to be poor communication amongst the staff as to when the installation will take place. Chuck won't answer calls and he leaves his employees to try to assist with making the customer happy when he was the point of contact. He makes big promises on the front end however he has a bit of amnesia when it is time to deliver. I have never written a Google review before however due to this poor experience I felt compelled to do so to prevent others from a poor experience. We are throughly disappointed and had high hopes that this would be a good experience.

Chuck took care of our project (kitchen and four baths) from start to finish. Prices comparable to other stone yards around town -- I check five other places before going back to Pyramid. Their selection, customer service, and quality can't be beat. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Five stars and lots of love!!
