Berry Berry Good Frozen Yogurt & Bubble Tea

So I was really excited that there was a place closer than I thought to us for bubble tea, we walked in and the 2 girls at the register just stared at us so awkwardly so to break the tension I said hello, they looked at me and literally continued drinking their teas and said nothing back, so right away I’m already feeling weird about the place, but then a lady from the back came out and welcomed us and was nice. We went ahead and ordered an iced mango green tea with strawberry boba and a taro smoothie like we always do at all the tea places we ever go to. The iced mango green tea came out a plain green milk tea and honestly that part could’ve been our mistake for not specifying no milk even though we didn’t say milk tea, but not only did both taste really bad, when I mentioned super casually that it wasn’t really what we thought we ordered and tried to explain what we wanted, the workers made the situation so tense and awkward and claimed to not know what a mango green tea was? I was so confused because they do tea so why couldn’t they just do an iced green tea no milk add mango flavor like everywhere else does? But they were making things so complicated and I wasn’t even trying to complain really, I was just trying to explain what we wanted to see if maybe we ordered wrong. Both drinks were so horrible honestly. Maybe other places spoiled us, but I definitely don’t recommend Berry Berry Good tea drinks at all or the boba inside; mainly I don’t recommend this place at all due to uncomfortable atmosphere and service.
