If you get door 33 and up good luck. I hope you can find someone to help spot you Overnight parking on street is nice as well as everyone I talked to but these docks need to drop trailer and BT somewhere out of the way would be so much easier

It's ok... they made many mistakes in the paperwork... but basically ok. The guards are great The lumper service is great The girl in the window of the office are strange and rude...

Reefer driver. Im very patient so thats why Im not giving fewer stars. Guard today was very pleasant and she lets you know what to do. Parked on street, walked to shack, not sure if you can just drive up. Theyll give you a door number to back into. Pop your seal, open doors, chock wheel. Drop paperwork in basket by door 39. Backing in was ok for me, but is probably tighter than some northeast places if you are in between two trucks. Capstone will text you. Youll get a call to grab paperwork from the same basket. And, today being my unlucky day, wait for one of the trucks on either side of me to move so I can skeddadle. Just by trying to pull out I realize that pulling in between trucks might be impossible unless the stars align and they pull in as far away from your door as possible. Perhaps Im just too green or lack confidence, but theres a guard rail in front about 40 feet from the truck and about 2.5-3 feet between docks. 2 stars for reefer delivery because if there was only one truck Id be gone after only 2 hours. 5 stars for the lady in the guard shack.
