By far the worst subcontractor i have ever had to deal with. I’ll start off by giving you my background, i have been in the construction business as a Pm for several GCs for over a decade prior to my real estate career. In other words, i have worked with well over 200 subcontractors in my lifespan. i have never met such unprofessional, unethical, lack of work ethic, lack of punctuality folks In my life. To coat a floor over sanded sawdust, paint, and other can marks, its sheer laziness. To miss spots, is sheer laziness. It started with us only supposed to add two coats to add more durability. They added a coat that wasn’t workable with the water base stain. Should they know as floor expertise to check to see if a floor is waterbase stained or not before doing the project? This lead to the floor coat peeling off like nail polish. They they tried to say it was the furniture scuffing the floor off. No new floor should ever peel off like nail polish. Then they came back and saw that you were able to simply rub off the coating with your finger nail. Then they promised to get it repaired (which meant sanding it down to the core and rebuilding it up) while we were out of town. Instead of fitting us in to fix the problem. They put two other projects infront of us. And each day promised they would be there, with no shows. They showed up after we got back in town, and started working at 7 pm. Mind you we have a family...kids that sleep. This continued everyday. And here i am three weeks later, still with floors that don’t look like a new product. If i were to have a buyer looking at purchasing my house right now, they would turn and walk away at how horrible these floors are. That’s how bad this sub is. Never ever ever hire them.

Joshua Jarvis has done approximately nine floors for me everyone of them have been phenomenal will be using them in the future.
