This is the worst place in town. When it gets busy they lock the doors and pretend to be closed. This is not the first time this has happened. The employees are lazy and rude. We came to pick up a birthday cake and they employees literally HID in the back. We called from the parking lot and they answered (I guess they were scared the owner or boss would call). I asked if we could pick up a cake and if they would open the door. In a true reflection of customer service, she hung up. We will never ever be back here. Hopefully with all the 1 star reviews this place will close and they will replace it with a franchise that is owned by people who care. Join us in boycotting businesses that are not properly supervised and maybe we can actually get some good ones to replace them!

Pulled in at 8:56 pm and doors to the lobby were locked although their sign on the front door clearly displayed their hours were until 9:30pm. However, the drive-thru was still open with several cars in line so despite the inconvenience because of the trailer I was pulling, I was craving French fries enough to try experiencing what it'd be like pulling through with this thing only to be told that they are only serving ice cream at this time. No friendly welcome, just an immediate rejection from a young male's voice stating in not these words but that I was going to have to go without a much anticipated snack. I understand things may happen that prevent businesses from operating fully, but I think it's a more ethical and wise approach to have put up notices for customers in order to more effectively conduct customer relations and to also prevent potential confrontations. Clear communications are not just for one's private relationships. It's quite important for establishing return business/customers. Was just poor conduct and communication for a business.

As a field service engineer I travel throughout the whole United States this is the worst Dairy Queen or establishment I've ever been to what a dirty place and even worse the employees were so unprofessional not courtesy and super super Rude the owner of this place you should be ashamed of yourself and don't worry I will be calling the township and you will be getting a full health inspection I will not stop until you replace these employees, they don't need any training, they don't want to be there they don't like their job they won't ever like their job there were cursing and just being straight disrespectful you should feel ashamed of yourself and super desperate. I will be calling Dairy Queen corporate who my brother happens to be one of the higher-ups there so be prepared.
