I love this store! They unique items unlike the chain stores, they do onsite engraving, most jewelry stores in Memphis don't! My co workers and I went there to get a pocket watch engraved for a co worker that was retiring the young man was friendly, helpful, and provided great customer, it was a lovely first visit!

I will never go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyonone. I took my medic alert bracelet to have it engraved in dark ink. Well when I picked it up the next day I was horrified the lettering was so small he actually handed me a magnifying glass. The back was worst needless to say I have to find another bracelet. He had the nerve to say he'd give me a 20% discount my next purchase like I'd ever shop there again. I actually think a rating of 1 is too high.
