Lifedoc Health Lenox Park

So my last review was about nine months ago every time I come to this doctors office its always something I made it here around 9:40 as a walk-in because I cannot make an appointment due to the fact that I have missed too many appointments because I hate coming here but I like the doctor and I understand she has appointments But I got here at 9:40. Its 11:32 No one told me I would have to wait until she finishes all of her appointments to be seen. Ive been sitting in this room for over an hour. Ask how long it would be before I see the doctor, they told me she has four more people to see which I understand because they have appointments but thats something that shouldve been explained to me when I came as a walk-in that I will have to wait until she has seen all of her people before coming in the see me I just cant with them no communication I really not coming back here for nothing I will be requesting my files and find a new doctor because this is crazy .

To much miscommunication between themselves and unprofessional. Will find another provider who has structure and communication.

Much better space, fast and accurate attention and information, thanks to the ladies at the desk for their attention and good service, the doctors very knowledgeable in their profession
