They are the best Ms Valdez and the firm team were with me in every step of my case, I know they work hard in order to help me; now thanks to them I can be with my kids with no worries that some one could accuse me for something I didn't do. I am writing because I know all stories can't be a success. However, my son was on probation for DUI, got violated for the 4th DUI went to jail for violation, and the actual Dui in another county could not be ran together or was denied (which we found after bonding company called to tell us he has a court date next week in another county becasue circuit Court picked it up) called lawyer immediately!!! Becasue last we heard his next court date was May. They confirmed it was picked up by circuit Court and that would be another fee since it changed courts. So the 5000.00 plus 2500.00 did not include this other court that have picked up the DUI. Again same DUI that violated him which he was sent to county prison for 2 years with 6 month parol eligibility. Now, I could be wrong but seem like a public defender could have got this deal!!! My son has never done time before. This seem extreme giving all the murders, home invasions, robberies etc. That are rampid in many major cities right now. Now this law firm told us they can show up and tell circuit Court on his behalf for a 5000.00 additional fee. After nothing got approved in Horn Lake court (original city of the DUI) for the 2500. He got 2 years with parole eligibility at 6mths for the violation probation in panola county for the other 5000 we paid or are paying. I know no one can predict the courts but this was a not even half decent deal for the type of money we are dishing out.. I am about to research to see where all I can send letter too. Nothing maybe done but this is seem unjust to me.
