this company is absolutely horrible. they have one young lady there by the name of Cassidy that will go out of her way but she works with a bunch of attorneys who I'm quite positive graduated at the bottom of their class. I also believe this company is very racist. one attorney questioned if I owned a property because of the value. i would strongly suggest not doing business with this company. Realtors especially realtors of color do not take your clients to this company it will be the worst experience of your real estate career. Also to add insult to injury this company is not an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau that should have been my first red flag!!!

This title company is non-responsive, gives no updates, and all around disappointing. They sent a payoff to the mortgage company TWO weeks after closing resulting in additional interest costs. They pretty much brushed it off as not their problem. On another sale, it took FIVE days to receive our funds despite being told the wire has been sent multiple times. Clearly it had not been sent. If you want transparency and a smooth transaction, this is absolutely not the title company you want to use.
